Oleksandra Karapuz

I was born in Kreminna, in Ukraine’s Luhansk region, and completed my secondary education at the Kreminna Gymnasium. In 2018, I earned my degree in Political Science from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. Since 2019, I have worked as a Communications Manager and journalist at Ukrainian analytical centers. In those roles, I designed and executed strategic outreach campaigns, communicated on social and traditional media about in-depth policy reports, and wrote articles on social issues. In 2023, I joined a B2B PropTech startup that works with Ukraine’s largest developers and real estate platform. I focused on researching new markets and ideal customer profiles, forging partnerships, crafting export strategies, managing grants, and uncovering new opportunities.
