Executive Leadership

We are a women-led organization grounded in lived experience. Our executive team leads the organization’s strategic decision-making and program design. The team includes two survivors of the war in Ukraine. Our work is shaped by what we have lived through ourselves, and we design programs that respond directly to the realities young people face today.
