Oleksandr Koloskov

I’m a refugee from Chernihiv, Ukraine, currently living in the United States. I am a rising sophomore at the College of Charleston, majoring in political science with minors in East European studies and international relations. I am currently in the process of transferring to another university. Throughout my educational path, I have studied in Ukraine, France, and the United States. In addition to Ukrainian and Russian, I speak English and French fluently, and I am currently studying German and Spanish. My academic interests include Eastern European politics, post-Soviet legal systems, and international relations. Today, I work as a research assistant, social media coordinator, and advocacy intern with various non-governmental organizations focused on Ukraine, legislative reform, and human rights advocacy.
