Donor & Refund Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
Thank you for supporting Brave Generation Inc., a U.S. 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 93-1717971). This page explains how online donations work, tax deductibility, and when a refund may be considered.
What are you supporting?
Gifts fund mentorship, education access, mental health support, and leadership programs for Ukrainian youth. Unless we expressly describe a restricted campaign, donations are treated as unrestricted support for our charitable mission.
Are donations tax-deductible?
As a registered 501(c)(3) organization, contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by U.S. law. Deductibility can depend on your circumstances; we do not provide tax or legal advice. Keep your receipt for your records and consult a qualified advisor if needed.
How are payments processed?
Online donations are processed by Stripe. Brave Generation does not store full payment card numbers on its servers. By donating, you also agree to Stripe’s terms for the payment method you use. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Conditions.
When are refunds available?
Donations are generally non-refundable because funds are committed to charitable programs. We may issue a refund or correction when:
- Required by applicable law
- There is an obvious processing error (for example a duplicate charge)
- We agree in writing that a specific correction is appropriate
To request a review, email [email protected] promptly with the donation date, amount, and the email used at checkout.
Chargebacks filed with your bank may delay resolution; contacting us first often helps resolve honest mistakes faster.
Receipts and donor records
Stripe or Brave Generation may send a confirmation for successful gifts. If you need a duplicate acknowledgment for your records, contact [email protected].
